Castles

There are too many castles, chateaux, caves, activities and gardens to list.  Below is an example of some of the attractions within easy reach of Au Pré Vert.

There are many mountain biking tracks and road cycling routes direct from the house, taking in spectacular scenery.  The paths wind through ancient woodland, farm land, and along rivers.  There are the ruins of an abbey and a castle within a short distance.  The roads are quiet and smooth, making them perfect for road cycling.

French markets bombard the senses, with the sights, sounds, smells and flavours of traditional French life.
